Come join us at various venues, have a free drink on us and enjoy some woodfire pizza, share some tips and tricks on being your own boss and running a studio. We'll have a friendly chat about the Studio Industry and listen to some guests talk about their experiences running top studios as well the importance of linking up and working with other studios. We'll delve a little in accounts and money stuff as well and open the floor for Q& A.
Our Events are open to Everyone who is interested in the Studio Networking Events, not just Members of SL and these are supported by Recorded Music NZ. It's about collaboration, sharing gear, stories tips and localising our economy! We have amazing talent in the Studio realm, just have to remind our music industry to think of NZ Studios and professionals first.
Membership is only $50 per year, including GST and is a business expense.
The more members we have, the more we can do for the NZ Studio Industry.

THE BOOM Sessions.
What are they?
The BOOM Session are intensive master classes in top studios of NZ with experienced engineers and producers, covering all sorts of gritty topics - vocal producing, mixing tips and gear tricks. With up 5 people max per session, these kick off in June.
